Who We Serve
The Toluca Lake Homeowners Association (TLHOA) is a non-profit, 501(c)(4) organization committed to enhancing the quality of life in our community. Powered entirely by dedicated volunteers, TLHOA is led by a board of directors made up of local homeowners, all of whom are members of the HOA. We work together to maintain a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood, fostering a sense of community and ensuring the interests of all residents are represented.
