Why Support the Toluca Lake Homeowners Association?

The Toluca Lake Homeowners Association is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization
dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life in Toluca Lake. The Toluca Lake
HOA represents and advocates for homeowners on both the Burbank and Los Angeles sides of the village. Specifically, the HOA works to:
 Collaborate with elected officials to monitor legislative, zoning, planning, and
administrative actions that impact Toluca Lake
 In partnership with Neighborhood Watch, and the Los Angeles and Burbank Police
Departments, the HOA advocates for neighborhood safety and security including crime
prevention, police response, traffic and pedestrian safety, and noise control.
 Stay abreast of commercial and residential development to encourage maintaining the
character of the neighborhood.
 Communicate with residents regarding special events in the neighborhood
 Conduct annual, semi-annual, and special town hall meetings to update residents on
pressing issues and important developments
 Sponsor social events to strengthen the sense of community in the neighborhood
 Work with partner organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Toluca Lake
Beautification Partners, and the Garden Club to promote a vibrant and attractive
neighborhood
Your dues ($50/year) go only to support the basic operations of the HOA.
